Post decision activity meaning in immigration matters

This is a jargon employed by the USCIS to update applicants on the website about their immigration petition.  The funny thing is is that it pretty much means what the words mean to even a six year old.  In other words, the decision has been taken -- which means an approval has been granted -- and the followup steps are underway.  That could mean all the way from sending out approval letters to printing a card of some kind to scheduling interviews.
